EMAIL Marketing Campaigns & Tools
24 Email Campaign Send Outs over a One Year Period
- Member provided content for specials/sales/newsletter/surveys etc. will be custom designed, built and sent to member provided and designated (non spam) email contacts.
Note: Member contacts will be keep private at all times and will not be distributed, exchanged, inspected or sold to any unauthorized third party. Members contact list will be used only for the purpose of sending the specified email communication to the addressee and will deleted at the end of service.
- Member will be able to consult and approve each campaign before send out.
- Bi-monthly send out is suggested but it is at the members discretion
- Unused Campaigns can roll over to the following year if another 1 year plan is purchased.
- RSA Member must schedule and provide all content at least 7 days prior to date of send out
- We will comply with all anti-spam laws. We can now upload your existing customer list without an email confirmation requirement. In addition, an opt-out link is located at the bottom of every campaign mailing, allowing subscribers to opt-out of future mailings.
Email Campaign Reports
An active 'Live' report, tracking the results, will be available within 1 hour of a campaign launch.
Member may request a printout of the results at any time after that. Reports will be sent to member via email in an Excel spreadsheet format or a PDF.
Tracking will show member:
Who was SENT to
Who OPENED it
Who has not yet opened it (UNOPENED)
Who has CLICKed THROUGH to one of the links in the email campaign
Which LINKS that contact clicked on
Any DOWNLOADS the contact made (assuming the campaign had something in it to download i.e., music, picture, etc)
Which email addresses were BOUNCED (no longer work, or exist, misspelled etc)
Anyone who opted out and UNSUBSCRIBED from the campaign

Each member will be provided or have access to website traffic reports.

Ongoing Web Marketing Tool Creation
A monthly newsletter will keep each member appraised of current marketing results, as well as new and developing marketing ideas.

FREE TECH, WEB & MARKETING SUPPORT - ALL RSA Members (even if they are not enrolled in the Web Assistance Program) may call or email any questions they may have about anything to do with the web, their websites, search engine marketing, optimization etc.

Website Page Creation - Member suggested and/or Generic web pages pertaining to certain products, specs etc will be available to all members.
